About us – Our Lavaux notebook

Lavaux is a beautiful wine region in Switzerland that stretches along the shores of Lake Geneva. This region was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2007 for its exceptional landscape and important wine culture. The vineyards of Lavaux are cultivated on sloping terraces that were built several centuries ago. This unique wine region offers a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

The winegrowers of Lavaux are proud of their ancestral culture and work hard to produce quality wines. The region produces mainly white wines, but there are also some red and rosé wines. The winegrowers of Lavaux strive to preserve the wine heritage of the region.
